Creamy and delicious. It tastes a lot like a Cheeto or my mind makes it tastes that way as that’s what I expect.
Frankly I don’t think I could tell the difference between this and normal Mac and cheese except for the pasta shape which was a welcome change and probably the best part of this mac.
I really wanted to add some spice to it. Some hot sauce or pepper would’ve improved my experience.
All in all I’m looking forward to the spicy
versions.

It’s not bad so far. I’d put this on level with normal boxed mac and cheese. I’d pick this over Kraft dinner based on the pasta shape.

Hot sauce on any Mac and cheese is an improvement. I love m&c in nearly every form, but it’s still usually enhanced with hot sauce.
I can’t wait for the flaming hot! I made a baked Mac on the 4th with flaming hot on half. It was a good addition. I used homemade breadcrumbs on the other half to satisfy multiples tastes

There’s a place in Long Beach that is known for their Mac and Cheetos. Homemade mac with flaming hot Cheetos. I go there every time I visit LA.
They also have a bloody mary with bacon infused vodka and a beef short rib slider as a garnish. AND, they serve absinthe with the whole 9 yards: dripper and sugar cube. Great way to start your vacation day.
